416 Auburn Ridge is a spec home designed with timeless, traditional details throughout. The kitchen features warm taupe cabinetry paired with a dark stained island and cabinetry, brass accents, and a mix of countertop and backsplash materials. Just off the kitchen, the pantry takes on a completely different feel with dark, moody merlot cabinetry.

Traditional details continue throughout the rest of the home. The primary bathroom features a freestanding tub and white gridded shower enclosure, while the powder bathroom pairs a floral wallpaper with a raw stone sink for a little more pattern and personality.
The goal throughout the home was to give a new construction spec house character and warmth while still keeping the finishes classic and timeless. The kitchen was featured on the September 2026 cover of Kitchen & Bath Design News, with Brooke sharing more about the countertop and backsplash selections used throughout the space.
