The Springs Project was completed entirely through remote design and included three full bathroom remodels—the primary bathroom, guest bathroom, and kids bathroom.

The primary bathroom kept its existing footprint but was completely updated with a custom white oak vanity, vertical wood detailing, and Calacatta Vagli marble countertops and trim. In the toilet room, a block-print wallpaper adds a subtle but stately layer of pattern.

The guest bathroom is a little bolder, featuring a hand-painted mural by Olga Saldivar. We selected the color palette and let Olga take it from there. Checkered floor tile paired with deep red shower wall tile creates a space that feels bold, traditional, and full of character.

For the kids bathroom, the goal was to keep things timeless and neutral while still incorporating a little fun. Striped tile across the built-in tub creates the focal point, while a tadelakt finish on the shower walls keeps the rest of the space simple and understated.
