This 1,200-square-foot space sits above a detached four-car garage and was designed as the ultimate place to unwind, entertain, and spend time together. Originally envisioned as a man cave, it quickly became a space the entire family gravitates toward.

A fully customized bar anchors the space, alongside a dining and card-game area, golf simulator, office, bathroom, hidden bedroom, and lounge area centered around a standout plaid sectional. A custom library bookcase complete with a rolling ladder adds character and storage, while tailored wall paneling with wallpaper insets creates the backdrop for the homeowners’ collected golf artwork.

With six TVs throughout, there’s no shortage of places to catch game day, but the space was designed to feel like much more than a sports room. Layers of pattern, warm finishes, custom millwork, and collected details give the garage a comfortable, lived-in feel—creating a space that may have started as his, but has become a favorite gathering place for the whole family.
