Coralville, Iowa
This kitchen, originally outdated and grungy, started with the idea of simply replacing the old granite countertops and mosaic backsplash. However, the project evolved into something more, with new cabinetry added to the ceiling while keeping the existing dark cabinets. After experimenting with multiple stain samples, we achieved the perfect match. We replaced the hardware, plumbing, and lighting, and finished the space with white oak floating shelves that opened up the corner sink area. The two tones of wood and café curtains create a charming atmosphere, making this kitchen a warm, inviting space where family memories are made.
